Each tour includes a short guided visit to the production facilities, where guests can discover the techniques of modern winemaking, along with a virtual vineyard experience. The tour ends with a guided tasting in the winery’s historic barrel cellar, surrounded by the aromas of must and wine.
Served alongside the tasting: the Rustic Italian Platter (salami, Capocollo from Benevento, Parma dry-cured ham, Bologna mortadella with pistachios, Fiordilatte from the Sorrento Peninsula, Provolone del Monaco, and 18-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano) and a pizza tasting (available only during the 5:30 PM time slot). *Products may vary depending on availability and seasonal ingredients.
