You have to show your voucher at the tour leader or to the company representative in order to check you in.
You have to be at the meeting point 10 minutes prior the departure time. All itineraries need to respect a strict timing, so no delays are tolerated.
In case of no show at the time indicated on voucher, you will not be entitled for any refund, not even a partial one.
Be aware that traffic condition in Sorrento area may affect pick-up times. In case of delay, please wait at the meeting point or call the excursion provider using contacts indicated on your voucher.
During the tour, you have to follow all instructions indicated by tour leader or company representative. The excursion provider is not responsible for delays or losses caused by your negligence.
Child and infant passengers must be indicated and confirmed at the time of booking. Children under 18 must always be accompanied by at least one adult.
The size of the group may vary from 1 to 99+ participants. Please check carefully if all tour details are suitable for your needs.
Be aware that some activities may be unsuitable for people with limited mobility, health problems or for those who suffer from food allergies or intolerances.
Some activities such as hiking or diving require specific skill levels, or may include some areas of risk.
Tours may be cancelled due to inclemente weather conditions. The excursion provider will offer alternative dates, according to the availability, or full refund.

Due to hygenic reasons and museums regulations, pets are not allowed on our tours, activities and cooking classes.
For excursions that include visits to religious sites, Acampora Travel (Aca.Ma S.r.l) recommends a suitable dress code (covered shoulders and long trousers).
The excursions are NOT private, but for groups.
All rates are per person, expressed in EURO (€) and include service and the current applicable VAT.
The excursions are all operated in English.
Costs of entrance fees, meals, drinks are not included unless otherwise stated.
Due to VAT increases, local fees or extra charges, all prices can be subject to automatic changes put in force without prior notice.
For a full refund, you must cancel 48 hours before the experience’s start time. Beyond this time no refunds will be issued.
Any amendment requests or modification made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
No Shows, last minute cancellations and delays are not refundable.
If any issues occurred during the activity, you have to inform the excursion provider immediately so the staff can help you.
Any complaints or feedbacks must be sent by email at excursions@acamporatravel.it within 5 days from the date of the activity.
