Pick-up from hotel or meeting point and transfer to Schiazzano, a small town near Massa Lubrense.
The tour begins with a visit to the Lemon Grove. During the walking, you will be explained some cultivation techniques and the history of this splendid citrus fruit. At the end of the walk to the lemon garden, you can refresh yourself with a freshly squeezed Lemonade.
Second stop is at Turuziello, a family-run company, for generations. Once you arrive, you can take part in the guided tour of the farm, by Benedetto. After that, participate in the Mozzarella Making Show and following a tasting of Freshly made Fior di Latte mozzarella, Ricotta cheese and freshly made caciottine. The tasting will end with a dessert of ricotta and organic seasonal jams accompanied by the famous Limoncello di Sorrento!
Next, it is time for some classic Neapolitan Pizza, head to a local and traditional restaurant, for a hands-on Pizza Making class. Learn how to make a typical Neapolitan Pizza Margherita, followed by homemade dessert and coffee.
Return to Sorrento in early afternoon.
