The cooking class is scheduled as follows:
- a welcome drink and extravirgin olive oil & aromatic oils tasting
- Pizza demo
- Bruschetta with fresh tomatoes: you'll make and eat them
- Gnocchi alla Sorrentina demo
- Ravioli Capresi: make your own wonderful Ravioli following our instructions and then eat them.
- Eggplant Parmigiana: you'll make and eat it.
- Tiramisù
While cooking you'll learn how to make the lemon marmalade and the limoncello, tasting both of them.
