Guests will begin the experience by immersing themselves in our flavors by tasting the mozzarella and olive oil at km 0.
Our producer will explain to them all the steps for preparing the products.
They can then start the lesson by cooking two typical dishes of our tradition:
• eggplant parmigiana
• fresh pasta for ravioli
They will then conclude the experience with dessert and limoncello tasting.
